江蘇泰祥齒輪箱制造有限公司是國家機械工業(yè)的骨干企業(yè)前身是泰祥減速機有限公司，專業(yè)生產(chǎn)各類重載、高速、精密硬齒面及各種大型的非標齒輪箱的設(shè)計和制造.“泰祥”牌減速機先后用于發(fā)電、冶金、礦山、造船、石油化工、航天航空、通用機械、國防科研，并在國家大型項目中得到廣泛應(yīng)用，并出口德國，美國，東南亞等國家和地區(qū)。公司技術(shù)先進、設(shè)備精良、測試手段齊全、質(zhì)量體系完善產(chǎn)品多次榮獲國家及部級獎勵，公司被授予江蘇省高科技企業(yè)、江蘇省重合同守信用企業(yè)、先進管理企業(yè)等稱號。
公司占地面積86000平方米，建有3600平方米的恒溫廠房裝備具有國際先進水平的齒輪加工、箱體加工、刀具加工設(shè)備，檢測設(shè)備20余臺套，公司一德國沵而茲內(nèi)外齒成型磨齒機，美國盧卡斯公司大型精密鏜床，德國克林貝爾公司全自動控制的熱處理大型氣體滲碳爐等一批高精尖的生產(chǎn)檢測設(shè)備共計200多余套。公司建有一支高速重載齒輪研究人員，采用先進的計算機輔助設(shè)計和編制工藝，高精度的加工設(shè)備、高技術(shù)的研發(fā)人員不斷制造出具有高科技含量的圓柱齒輪、中硬齒面、硬齒面、電動滾筒、圓弧蝸輪、三環(huán)、模塊化系列大型非標齒輪箱幾十萬種減速機。
