天津市石化通用機械研究所簡介是市屬科研院所，占地面積 6112平方米，總資產(chǎn)1392萬元，擁有各種實驗及生產(chǎn)設(shè)備300余臺套，有一大批高級專業(yè)人員。主要從事環(huán)保機械，通用機械，非標設(shè)備生產(chǎn)及生產(chǎn)線，一、二類壓力容器的開發(fā)及污水處理、管線、中央空調(diào)、電氣成套工程的設(shè)計、施工以及液壓換向多路閥的生產(chǎn)，物業(yè)管理等業(yè)務(wù)。經(jīng)過22年的發(fā)展和近幾年的轉(zhuǎn)制，目前已經(jīng)形成以研究所為母體，下屬四個產(chǎn)業(yè)化實體，即，機電技術(shù)成套公司、昌華物業(yè)管理有限公司、液壓多路閥分廠、中試分廠，和三個獨立事業(yè)法人檢測機構(gòu)，即，機械工業(yè)減變速機產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測中心、天津市質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗站第57站、機械工業(yè)變速機標準技術(shù)中心的科技型集團。
