 逆止器是一種防逆轉(zhuǎn)裝置，是提升運(yùn)輸設(shè)備上的一種安全保護(hù)裝置，具有重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、傳力可靠、解脫容易、安裝調(diào)整方便，安裝精度要求不高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。一般適用于帶式輸送機(jī)、斗式輸送機(jī)、刮板輸送機(jī)及其它有逆止要求的設(shè)備。本產(chǎn)品工作環(huán)境溫度為-20~+60℃，正常工作情況下，溫升低于30℃。
逆止器的主要類別：主要分為四大類，GN與DTII型滾柱逆止器、NJ型逆止器，也就是接觸式異形塊（楔塊）逆止器，NF逆止器（非接觸式）異形塊（楔塊）逆止器。后兩者逐漸成為國內(nèi)外逆止器市場的主流產(chǎn)品。
我公司自開始生產(chǎn)制造逆止器以來，到目前為止已經(jīng)有20多年歷史。產(chǎn)品種類包括NF、NJ、GN、DTII等。目前我公司主要設(shè)計(jì)制造的主要為前兩種型號(hào)。我公司按非接觸原理開發(fā)出了多種形式的減速機(jī)自帶逆止器，并已形成一定的訂貨量，給公司帶來新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)。
Reverse stop is a kind of anti-reversal device, is a kind of safety protection device on lifting transportation equipment, has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, reliable transmission force, easy release, convenient installation and adjustment, low installation accuracy. Generally applicable to belt conveyor, bucket conveyor, scraper conveyor and other equipment with reverse requirements. The working environment temperature of this product is -20~+60℃. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise is lower than 30℃.
The main types of backstops are divided into four categories: GN and DTII type roller backstops, NJ type backstops, namely contact shaped block (wedge) backstops, NF shaped block (non-contact) shaped block (wedge) backstops. Our company has more than 20 years history since we started to manufacture the reverse stop.
